on a dating site, the one and only time I engaged in a IM conversation.

first date was a night in the city going to the Jazz Club, ferry ride on the river, walking in the rain... very romantic evening.

I tend to think that the whole 'someoneone for everyone' line is total BS started by Hallmark cards and Roses Chocolates. Call me cynical.

I also tend to think that if you've been blessed enough to have that real true love come into your life at some stage, then you'd have to have won the Love Lotto to get that again.

Back to the original comments .... I dont think that falling in love, sharing wonderful memories, making children (etc etc) is something to regret. Yeah breakups are the pitts, but a breakup doesnt last for ever.

I agree, it was a bit hectic for me too.... I like Brisbane, its a city but a slower pace.

I lived there when I first left the hubby, about 12 years ago. It was very busy, but surprisingly affordable for sydney rents

Yeah I lived in the Hills at Woodside for a year

I lived at Carlton and Bexley in Sydney ...

I love Melbourne, and I never get to see enough of it no matter how long Im there for.

I dont like Sydney ... but I think Adelaide is tops too.
