Would not know. Pretty much Meat, potatoes, veggies, Dairy. Here we are all getting healthier . My city. Organic, no gmo etc. I love hearing about other countries.I have been here same city forever. I am not educated enough in this area. I stay home, my neighborhood, city. I went to the store where Dates were being sold imported from Saudi Arabia, I no longer shop there. Just knowing about be heading, human conditions. I am not in agreement with any such torture. I stand by, if it was one of our loved ones.
