A dog is a animal they do not understand death. They act on their drives, PREY. This is in all breeds. The stronger the dog the more they can hurt someone or other animals. The owners should be held responsiable as reckless. There is no reason to own a animal that you can't trust. What is the work purpose of a Pit Bull type dog to take down and hold their prey. Harboring any dangerous animal is wrong and a serious danger to every one who comes in contact with them. The owners should be arrested for manslaughter.
