MY pet peve....The person ON the highway has the right away..It is up to the merge to give this right away when there are vehicles on your left you can not move over to that lane.If you get into a wreck and you will get a ticket, if you hit the vehicle that has the right away and the right away is the vechicle on the main highway . All truckers know how to merge if they can they will... It is the vehicel on the left that has the right away....so go faster or slower but don't expect them to move over for the merge. sometime they can't. Trying driving with a 40ft trailer...
