i got up one morning to find out she filed for divorce, out of nowhere, we got a long great, i said if that's what you want
and went down and signed the papers for her 2 years later she showed up at my door and wanted to know if i ever thought of getting back together, i declined but we are still friends

and ladies i do feel for you when it happens, my daughter is going through hers has been for a few years , poor son-in-law freezes in the winter as she has the window cracked open and the fan going

why do women hate to admit when they start going through menopause, it is natural and part of life, my sister said she started through her's in her early 40's she knew she was unbearable to live with, hated it, but didn't know why she felt the way she did, but that was 40 years ago and they didn't talk about such things, today is much different and things are more openly discussed yet some women don't want to admit or even consider that may be their change causing their emotions to go crazy, with men it is mid life crisis and we can't explain some of the crap we pull just out for discusion

i used to travel overseas for the company and was told to choose my words carefully and listen carefully... they can say one thing but mean the opposite, and you can offend them just as fast as they may take what you say wrong... even tho most speak english

i rented a house once while i had it up for sale, crooked real estate salesman told me she wanted to rent while saving her down payment... she had 12 dogs that ruined the yard , a light gray carpeting thru out the house was a a mud slick, kitchen cupboards which were new was destroyed, on and on... i would call saleaman to go check on what was going on and he would call and tell her he was coming over she would take dogs to neighbors.. long story short i drove 600 miles sat down the street when she let the dogs out i went to the door introduced my self made an inspection and and handed her an eviction notice, it cost me $16,000 when i sold due to damage, salesman forged my name on sales contract for the bank........ got caught, lost his license and i did not pay him his commission... it can take up to 3 months to evict but i was lucky i had a 30 rental agreement
