my mum passed suddenly when i was 16 i became very depressed and withdrew everyone and everything, it was a dark time i have a diploma in counselling and psychology from nuig and im currently working on getting my degree in denominated psychology in nuig, from someone who suffered from and studied depression point this guy in the direction of help talk to him and listen carl rogers believed that all a therapist had to do in many cases was listen and keep him active with the right people in his life this guy can make a full recovery.

i like labour and i like sinn fein too i like how the party members receive only the average industrial wage. money is the wrong reasons for an individual to be involved in politics but it seems to play a role, always made me sick to think that the an taoiseach was better paid than the president of the united states. people shouldnt be worried by the sinn fein of yesteryear.

mine is pretty small in comparison to some events in my life, when i boxed first time ever i was 12 and i won i remember waking up several times during the night and looking down at the bottom of my bed where i left the trophy because i thought it might be a dream
