I usually check it out for fun. Weird thing is the personality seem to match when you get in depth. Especially the asian zodiacs. But I don't rely on it.
oh, and someone mentioned baggy pants I don't care if it's a fashion. If a guy has to hold his pants like the skirt of a dress, they're too low! And what's up with pants below the hips and a belt?! (plus, if they absoloutly have to wear their pants that way, could they at least wear nice clean underwear)
ack I knew a guy like that. He's take up all the hot water with his 30 min showers. Use my hair dryer, my hairspray and my tweezers. Once I learned why he used the tweezers I never touched them again.
Irritations are everywhere. I used to work in a little bodega-type store. Most customers were really great people. But occasionally I'd get a 'tourist' the attitude is what irritated me. Just because I work a till does not mean I'm stupid. *growl* (there, I'm better now)
Hear hear! I found a myriad of ways to deal with myself. LOL. But once I got that panic attack, changed things for me. But I'm doin' pretty good. I can laugh like a loon again, still have trouble making myself go out, so my social skills are suffering.
Effexor didn't give me any nightmares. It just killed any humanity I had. Nothing bothered me, but nothing made me laugh, nothing entertained me. That was not fun, but my doc at the time figured it was best for me. So glad I'm not on that anymore.
I lived in a city filled with crap in the air from the oil plants. There was a signifigant amount of people who developed asthma, lung cancers, and other assorted health problems due to the crud in the air. Everything has the ability to cause health problems. And hopefully people let themselves be educated.

I have no problem with taking medication, it really does help. Doesn't stop the feeling, but makes it managable. At least that way I can think my way through it.
I can relate to some of that. I was on an anti anxiety anti depression pill years ago. It helped for me. But it also killed any emotion I had. it was really like living as a robot. I just existed.
I found that zantec helped with the freaky chest pain. But I did have the whole rigamorole at the hospital. ekg( that might not be the proper letters. but it was a machine that read my heart rate and pulse) x-rays, and blood tests. I wanted to be sure that what I was feeling wasn't going to kill me. I was lucky the Doctors there were willing to let me order them about for a bit. Although I haven't had one as bad as the first, it's still horrid.
If you know you are having a panic attack. And are absoloutly sure that's what it is. Should read up on womens heart attacks. Symptoms are vauge, what could be a little stress might be something more.
