Africa...its an incredible, awesome, amazing and unforgettable experience 
Is your family far from the airport? Maybe you could organise flights/transfers to a hotel with a travel agent and stay overnight until they could meet you. Or maybe you could book a package including a flight over, and do some sightseeing with a tourgroup (safe) and arrive at a destination that would work for them to meet up with you? Ive done 2 package tours in Africa, they were amazing, well organised and safe as (except for a few unexpected elephant appearances

ive met a few guys whose pics are a few yrs old and many kilos lighter 
hi tarns..have built-in cam in my puter. Its good cos one of the guys i chat to (and met) has one too so we both got to see each other first 
good thing about cam is you know who you're talkin to (no nasty surprises )
