Chicken Tikka
Chicken cut in cubes 1Kg
Salt 1 spoon
Red chilli 1/2 spoon or as you like
Corrinda powder 1 spoon
Mix Spice(Indian) 1/2 spoon
Green chilli paste 2 spoon
Garlic paste 2 spoon
Ginger paste 2 spoon
Natural Youguert 1/2 kg
Oil 2 soon
Mix all the spices in yougurt and add a little deep orange colur if you like then put the chicken cubes in it and leave it in the fridge for at least 16 hours and than grill it

Here we use many spices in the food but personally i like to use Turmeric powder,corrianda powder,cummin seeds and black peper
