Who likes Curry? I can say I never really tried it, but my Family does.
So which Country makes the best, India? or recipe. I want to try it
without blowing an O ring in my Colon, not too spicy

I've tried curried food and not too fond of the flavour. Most days, the scent of curry is overwhelming in my apartment building corridors. mumbling

Hi pedal, wave try Green Thai Curry, it doesn't have the "typical" curry taste or smell, I prefer it to an Indian curry. conversing

They're scaring you, hun. laugh

You might like a Thai green curry which is lots of fresh coriander (cilantro?), lime, green chillies and coconut milk. That's not necessarily hot and if you make your own (it's very simple to make) you can vary the amount of chilli you put in.

I believe an Indian korma is very mild and based in cream.

Byrianis are nice - they have most of the veg, (or meat I presume) in with the rice and the moderately spicy curry sauce separate, so you can just drizzle a little, or swamp it, whatever you like.

I think you just need to find out about them. In Indian restaurants/take-aways they're usually more than happy to describe the dishes with great enthusiasm and reverence, and quite rightly, too.

I agree with you.
And, I am not a fan of having to sit on the "thunder bucket" the next day. (Stole that term from Anthony Bordain lol)
There is a Thai take-out near me. They offer red, yellow, and green curry dishes available in mild, medium, hot, and thai hot (never tried this one and usually order medium or medium-hot). I prefer the curries with coconut milk in them as I find they usually put in more flavors/spices and like the sweet - hot contrast.
I also like many of their basil dishes.

I used to like curry better than I do now. Maybe the flavor just wore ...Curry has its own funky properties: For me, it is over-powering, and can compromise the other flavors in any given meal. It is said to be good for you, overall. But, so are beans.....uh oh
