I actually thought this was a big no no on this site. That these offences were punishable by removal from the site. If you have the information perhaps you should pass it on to the moderators and let them deal with it as they see fit.

It's still a man's world like it or not. To get in a position that is normally inhabited buy a three legged being you have to be damn good at what you do and you contantly have to be proving yourself. Perhaps it's just an irritation factor or maybe it's just cause they know they are damn good at what they do or perhaps the Alpha attituded is needed to survive in an Alpha environment....just some thoughts...

Ummm I came for 2 hoping to find 5, got 3 and 4 in spades. 1,3&4 keeps me coming back and the potential for 5 popped out of the wood work when I was busy enjoying 1,3 and 4 and totally forgotten about 5.
