Mornin drkeyedbeauty. I don't think there's anything we can do but "wait" it out. I know that there is the kind of love I'm searching for, I had it once before, but he died 3 years ago. Now I get these "nuts" out here where I live that think single or divorced women just CAN'T live without the services they can offer for one nite. One dude told me to come on over and get me a "stress reducer". What I had to say back to him was NOT very "lady-like". lmao. I CAN WAIT.
Hi Seraphim. I am an independent woman, had to stand up on my own and support my 2 kids since my divorce in 97'. I might be independant, I do know what I want, I refuse to settle for less in a man because all I'm looking for is unconditional love and honesty, BUT, I don't push and shove to make them do what I want them to do to get my way. It is WRONG for women (or men) to take advantage of their partner in that way. I believe that the "pushy" ones are just control freaks who does not know the true meaning of the word love and a 50/50 relationship. Just my thoughts.
Out of curiosity, what kind of person do you all attract? I'm still alone, so that purdy much tells ya what I attract. Might be lonely, but not desperate. lol.
