The guy from the hotel has come back to me .. he is asking for a deposit of 20 yoyos a head, and that bookings be confirmed by March 7th .... there are a number of different room options so if people decide if and how many are sharing a room, and contact him directly ..... 028 20116 is phone number, email is info@islandersrest.ie, the guy's name is Mark, and you could mention mine, Ann Marie ....
also he will need to know if peeps are taking up the one night or two night option ...
Got the feeling from the first person who told me that it was purely a warning not to attend ... sinister ... this would have been made to someone who would attend regularly and would know the state of play at meets ... the second person I am aware of emailed today, not a regular attender or poster and had forgotten about Sativa, who has never attended .. so random warnings ....
Hey you, just struck me as strange and when I was told by someone else today that they had been warned away from the Drogheda meet, just thought bizarre and wondered if anyone else had been treated similarly .... and Sativa, that makes three .....
same word used by both of them, that they were warned not to go ... not sure if it was as in a threat, but why else would you warn someone not to go somewhere, unless something negative was waiting for them??

Many of the rooms take more than on ... some are for two, three, four or more .... this of course is where the weekend gets interesting ...
The hotel owner has asked that peeps book by March .. did email to find out exactly what deposit scenario is ... know they accept laser .... will ring now and find out latest date for booking and percentage deposit required ...
If serious peeps have paid deposit to hotel, it's up to them if they turn up or not .... methinks ... peeps sign up and then don't turn up ... don't think there's anything you can do about it?
