Depends on what you mean ... have made friends, lady friends who may be the closest outside family or inside family 'cos adopted family, whom I would consider the closest damn thing to a soulmate ... if you're talking 'partners', I honestly don't know ... live in hope in current situation ... but don't know, as work in progress!!!!
