I think people are in such a hurry today to get their post posted, to get their coffee, to get from point A to point B that basic things in life go out the window. I mean come on, how hard is it to spell correctly and to proof read what you write? I agree with Ambrose in that native english speakers spelling DOES matter to me. Incorrect spelling, especially in the "upper" IQ ranges just speaks lazy to me and makes it seem that they're in too big of a hurry to care to even make the effort. I'm sorry, how long does it take to proof read? The closest book to my computer is a dictionary and one can type anything in Google and it will come up with the correct spelling(s) 99% of the time. Non native english speakers I can understand poor spelling and grammar and even a native english speakers occasional typo is understandable but consistantly misspelling does matter to me.....I flunked every english class I ever attended but I make the EFFORT to spell correctly....Yes I concede we all get in a hurry posting in the forums and typos exist and I'm guilty at times also but I do still think spelling matters whether it's at work, on a job resume' or in the forums. It's the concerted effort that counts......
Feel free to correct spelling and grammar.....I for one DO NOT take offense at furthering my education.

Had lunch with him earlier today......Man can that entity throw back some Scotch, damn good thing it was his turn to buy.... First thing I said was "about god damn time they shut down those wreck of a freight train Document threads"....He just laughed and said "I create those people to give me a laugh" and threw down his 4th Scotch.....Gotta love it......
