hi Guys,

I get very aggitated and I get snappy and irritable...I dont eat much and I cry easy...

I have noticed during the last year I had a huge amount of stress and some of it I created myself because I tend to worry ahead of time....about something that may never happend but a good stress reliever for me is socialising with friends, watching a movie or going shopping helps, be kind to yourself and try and recognise stress.....and do something to minimise it.


Stress can kill you if its not lowered...
