I tried to give up before, lasted 4 days and I reckon i got a total of 6 hours sleep in those 4 days, lying in bed at 4 in the morning wanting to spark up 1 and relax
I smoke rolling tobacco because I can get it soo cheap so I smoke alot more of it, at the minute my throat is killing me and I`m waiting on my lungs to start clearing out all the tar i put in there I`ll be coughing up lumps of phlegm tomorrow probably but i need to clear the lungs out
Anybody know they best way to deal with them? I decided this morning that I wasnt going to smoke today and a 3 hours later i`m climbing the walls for a smoke I wish I hadn`t of started now
you coudld have gotten the same work done in enniskillen for 60 sterling, would have saved ya over 100 euro even after travel you would have saved a considerable amount, anyway you learn from your mistakes i hope
