RE: International Law Enforcement Operates in U.S.

It still amazes me how arrogant you can be. Its ok for USA to seek and destroy anyone anywhere secretly if they think it will suit their purpose. But if an international Law enforcement agency wishes to arrest or seek out a criminal in the Great USA then woah no not for you
Get over it.. People who break any law in any country should be brought to justice in the country they broke the law in. And Im sorry if that countries law says you should be put to death or life in jail or hand chopped off. So be it. A criminal is a criminal no matter what his nationality.

This will of course put the cat amongst the pigeons. But hey there are more people in the world who live outside the borders of the Great USA than inside. Get over yourselves.

And if that offends anyone Im sorry but its reality for the rest of the world. Whether you like it or not
NZ has been penalised by the USA for years just because we said no you cant bring Nuclear powered warships into our ports or territorial waters.. So your gvt issued its big stick and said ok we wont trade with you we wont protect you.. Hey we have done alright so far..

And we were considered a friendly country. If you do that to your friends, heaven help your enemies.
Like I say.. Cat among the pigeons.. Take your best shot.

RE: How come you don't believe in God?

Whoo Hoo I am a white witch and a pagan have been most of my life..
Not nice to know that others think that my way of life is evil.

Never harmed a soul, never stolen anything, never wished ill on anyone. Taught my children to be respectful and harm none, steal not and never lie.
I strongly believe in the process that what you give out will come back to you threefold.. So if you are bad, then bad things will come to you.
Nah, Hasnt happened yet..
A small note.. I respect everyone's beliefs it is their right. Why is this not given in return.
Blessed Be

RE: Wow what a sight.

Hope this isnt too technical.

I have seen the Aurora Australis.. when living in the South Island of New Zealand.. A beautiful site.

The way the Northern Light or aurora works is a lot like a neon sign, except that in the aurorae the conducting gas is in the ionosphere, instead of a glass tube, and the current travels along magnetic field lines instead of copper wires.

The power source for aurorae is Solar Wind. The Earth's magnetic field looks a lot like the magnetic field of a bar magnet with field lines going into and out of the Earth's magnetic poles, where the magnetic field is strongest. Solar Wind from the Sun is always pushing on the Earth's magnetic field (the magnetosphere), deforming and stretching it into a long leeward tail like the wake of a ship, which is called the magnetotail The aurora happens when energetic particles (protons and electrons) from the Sun enter the Earth's magnetosphere and are captured in the magnetotail. When disturbances occur in the Solar Wind or there is an energetic Solar Flare, the particles are accelerated along the field lines, becoming more dense near the magnetic poles and eventually precipitating into the Earth's ionosphere. As they hit the ionosphere the particles will inevitably collide violently with gas atoms. This adds energy to the gas atoms which in turn will release light and more elec trons - the ionosphere starts to glow!

The different colours in an aurora are depending on the distribution of different gases at different altitudes. Very high in the ionosphere (above 300km) oxygen is the most common gas resulting in reddish colours when exited. Other gases like nitrogene and helium produce blue or purple colours.

RE: fat people

Why is it that slim people have this concern for overweight bodies. It always amazes me. I have a little test, put one slim fit person and one overweight person in a isolated setting, with water only and see who is the one who survives longest.
Bet its the fat! one. Genetics and DNA and the programming of metabolism within each body is a fact. Sure we over eat in many cases or eat the wrong food, but its the metabolism of each person that controls the bodies need to store or use what is taken in. Has been the means of survival since man got up and walked on two legs. All the experts in the world can quote the process of what goes in and what the body burns in calories is the means of deciding whos fat and whose not. But it will always be that there are some who are naturally more voluptous than others. I personally would rather be considered padded that boney.
But then to each their own.
In the post by Zuleika are these words. "what is healthy for you" Hey I have been overweight all my life, I have no high blood pressure, no cholestrol problem and I am fit and eat a healthy diet, live in a healthy environment. So guess what Its healthy for me.
Give it a rest huh
