I live in a lovely old ( 200 years plus ) village house fully modernised. In a quaint village nestling in the mountains, just half an hour from the beach by car. Village has shops, doctor, bank, small school, market everything needed and population only 500. Everyone knows everyone. I love it but would like a small cottage near one of the many coves on the coast. Where I could spend winters. It gets very cold here and snows in winter. I am thinking of renting a place come winter, to test the water so to speak.
