Any suggestion as to which brand may be the nicest? And what would be the easiest way to take them? Milk/water/yogurt etc??? I've heard they can be a bit like wall paper paste if yer not careful making them up

I recall you jumping on the 'pack of wolves' bandwagon one evening as I was trying to have an opinion on a certain subject! You even had the audacity to message me and tell me where I was going and what I was doing wrong. Now when you're getting a taste of it you dont like it. Well touche mate! Today is the longest day of the year. After today the days start gradually getting shorter. Now theres a thought to put a pep in yer step!! NOT!! On a more positive note though...I reckon July & August will be 2 months of blue skies and sunshine!! Now...am I an optimist or just plain delusional??!! You tell me....
