Ok. I didnt put up this thread for the arguments to start etc. I'd be most grateful that we could get back to the original reason for my post or just leave it altogether. Lesson learnt for me to never bother putting up a thread again!
Oh trust me Libra...I am overweight. Very overweight in fact hense the reason I joined the gym! Just back from it now and have to say I'm very glad I took the first step on the road to a longer and healthier life! I'd like to thank you all for your advise and support. I'm always open to advise at any stage so feel free to drop by with same at any time!

Ok folks! I'm joining the gym today! Have a massive (if you'll pardon the pun!!) ladder to climb to reach a health and fitness level that I'll be happy with. But am taking that first step today! So....any messages of advise, support or otherwise please feel free to share! Thanks in advance!
