Age is just a number

Anyone else subscribe to this belief?

I noticed a lot of the ladies on CS generally prefer a man who is the same age or older than them. Personally I would have no problem seeing a woman who was anything up to 10 years older than me if there was common ground and some sort of a spark there. Once shes not old enough to be my mother I don't care or young enough to be my daughter but thats not a problem at my tender young age and I don't have kids laugh

What do yous think?

RE: Senator David Norris for President!

I joined a group on Facebook calling for him to runn for Presidency next year (it is next year yeah?) but then I also made a page myself calling for Andrew Maxwell to run. I was hoping it would wind up on the Panel haha.

RE: furthest you would go for a date???

Dublin to Kildare is about the furthest lol. I'd probably go further if she was worth it laugh

RE: How low can you go ??

Personally I'd prefer to meet people offline myself but I find us Irish can be a tad cliquey at times. It can be very hard to strike up a conversation with someone in public because it's just not how we seem to do things. Girls automatically get suspicious of guys appproaching them.

Since I don't drink the whole pub and club thing is kind of off limits for me too. Again though, the cliquey thing comes into play. I'm not awkward, ugly or sad by any means either. I do see where you're coming from though.

Don't hate the player, hate the game laugh

RE: Who is Irelands best looking woman?

Grainne Seoige

I've seen her in person and she is absolutely stunning. Even moreso than on TV which is rare for celebrities.

RE: What is the first thing you look for or notice in a potential partner?

The eyes must have a twinkle lol.

Also I sniff to make sure her personal hygiene is up to scratch. Nothing more horrible than someone who won't wash themselves.

RE: I'm not a sport fan...turn off?

Not a huge follower of the football myself. Love the rugby though. I wasn't always a sporty guy though. That said, I don't dislike sport. I'll give anything a go.

Cannot stop listening to Editors. They're just amazing.

What are you listening to right now?

A few metalheads about I see. Good stuff.

Kind of rediscovering the Foo Fighters lately. Times Like These. What a song. Makes me feel so upbeat.

RE: Is it hard to lead an alcohol free social life in Ireland?

I don't drink very often. I used to get drunk at the weekend like everyone else and I don't judge people who do that I just kind of got over it. Got sick of hangovers and the morning after blues lol.

When I go out with my friends I might have one or two and then go on the red bull. Most times though I don't bother. A special occasion though does warrant more than a few :P

Editors - Smokers Outside a Hospital Door

Absolutely brilliant song and a great band in general. The lead singers vocals are incredible.

The Heathers I mean. Thought i'd quoted.

What are you listening to right now?

Aye indeed. That song from the Ireland Tourism ads is there's right? Amazing song. Really raw and powerful with just two vocals and a guitar.

What are you listening to right now?

Every forum should have one of these!

I'll get the ball rolling: (artist) - (album if necessary) - (song)

Apocalyptica - Plays Metallica by four cellos - Wherever I May Roam

I love classical interpretations of modern music. Something different.

RE: MAY 29- KILKENNY GET-TOGETHER at Langtons

If I had the funds I would definitely be in. Langtons is a good spot! Hope everyone has a blast. Don't know if there's something in the water there but the girls in langtons were mostly gorgeous when I was there lol. Maybe it's the same thing that promotes abnormally good hurling ability!

RE: how many people have you slept with

I voted 10-20. 11 or 12 to be exact. Lets say 11.5. Those decimal encounters are sweet laugh

RE: Avatar

I thought Avatar was good just a bit overrated. People kind of got sucked in by the 3D effects and the hype surrounding it. It wasn't quite as groundbreaking as I was led to believe. Now I saw it in 2D and I'm only commenting on the movie itself sans all the bells and whistles.
