And when we recover and the world is booming again in 20 years, it will happen again! What incentive is their for Banks not to get greedy? They know if things go wrong the average Joe will foot the bill for them!
One of the main men behind the Bank Crash in Ireland is still worth 200 million Euro and has a pension from the Bank we now own of 1 million a year! Meanwhile we have 13% unemployent and every average man has taken a wage cut, pension cut and a Tax rise on the way in next Budget!!!!!! I know why the people of Greece are angry because I am just as angry!

It looks like our goverment will expect us to work until we are 70 now to claim a government pension. And it will be pennies when we do claim it. We should have let these banks go bust and sorted out the mess afterwards. It would not have cost the country 70 billion!

I think we are all losing sight of the real issue. Why are we blaming Greek Trade Unions for the world recession? It is a ridicioulas statement. Greedy Bankers, Governmnet Officials, Property Developers and Finance Institutions have took the world into recession! But are any of there people paying for doing this? NO! Most of the top men are still in their Job. All are still multi millionaire and it is the honest hard working average Joe who is being made pay THEIR debts! The Greek people are angry and have every right to protest and strike to show their frustration! In Ireland the government has laid down to Banks and friends with money and power. We have bailed our banks out to thje tune of 70 Billion Euro!!!!!! We are a country of 4 million people!!!!!! The average man will be paying off the debts of these institutions for the next 40 years!!!! It is a disgrace! Why could we not let them go bust?????

Yes. Your dog sounds like it has got out of control. I like to jog and every night in my local park, some dog or another runss after me. Wht do owners think they don't have to have their dogs on leads in parks or on the beach?????? Its law that it must be on a lead at all times.
And they always say the same thing...." He wont tough you, he only barks!". How many people have said that just befor their dog bits someone or rips the face of a kid????

They are probably looking at the cheques for billions of dollars written to help out huge financial institutions, and to make sure very rich people stayed rich. And seeing that they are asking why does the ordinary man have to take a cut in his salary because those fat cats running things fu**ed up the worlds economy!
