I was just looking at some profiles and noticed that there was a link for blogs. Is this new? I have never noticed it before and has anyone used it?

Really I find not all men look good in long hair and to be honest I am more attracted to a man with clean cut look. A little bit of hair does not hurt either.

Its all about preference. And it all depends on what the person wants.

I do not hate my life. It was far from perfect and still is not quite perfect but I have my 2 beautiful children who are my sunshine on a cloudy and rainy day and it makes a big difference in my life in a positive way.

I am not quite satisfied with my life but I am working on fixing that. My new years resolution and goal was to make this year and the upcoming years much more positive for me and my family and my surroundings.

Well some people work and some people like me have children that wake up early in the mornings so we do need our rest to function.

I am the type that likes my sleep and if I don't get it, then believe you do not want to be around me because I am not in the greatest of moods when sleep deprived lol

I have to agree with you. I think its great how our country are doing their best to help those that need it but it also angers me at how they negelect our own people. What about the canadians who are poor and sick and who need just as much help but get rejected. I think that is not right and not fair. Our country deserves attention as well and we need to start doing something about it.

As much as I love the world wide web and all it has to offer but I do think it has taken control of a lot of peoples lives and it has destroyed it as well.

I will have to admit that life was a little less stressful before the internet came along.

But I also find it convenient for people like me who are single mothers who stay at home with children and who need some interaction with other people outside of the household.

I try not to let the computer take over my life. I make it a point to go out with the children and play with them and also I do make it a point to go out in the real world and hang out with my friends too.

So in other words. You just need to create limitations and balance and that is what I am doing.

I can not wait till spring gets here and the parks open up. Then you will not see much on the computer as we are huge outdoors freaks and are never in the house during spring and summer.

Hi Lorraine,

There is google like some mentioned. I find that site works great when looking for something.

Also is there any employement offices in your area that you can go to? Is there any way you can come in contact with a career councellor who can help you? I have a career councellor myself to help me find something because with 2 children its hard to find daytime work and sitters who are willing to work split shifts in my area so he does alot for me and can be helpful.

I am truly sorry you lost your job and I hope and pray my friend that you find something that will make you happy and soon.

If its CS flowers then it would all depend on what kind of message you sent with it.

And if its real live flowers in real life then not all women think that way. Hell I would love it if someone sent me flowers. I can't remember the last time I got flowers. Been years and years

I have learned to no longer have any expectations and when things are meant to be for me they will happen plain and simple. Just taking it one day at a time and going with the flow now.

Yea it is. I had that happen a few times latly and now I just wait for the other to initiate something first. I know I have to take risks but it gets to be too depressing sometimes.

To me average means someone who is not athletic but also not overweight. Just in the normal weight chart I guess. Depends on the person. Everyone has a different view about it.

If I have an interest in someone I normaly send out a flower and see how it goes from there. If they respond and seem to show mutual interest then I reply with a message and from there you can pretty much tell if they feel the same or not.

I tend to be careful though. Sometimes I can misread someone and assume they feel a certain way and they don't and end up humiliated.
