No offense but the fact that you are posting multiple threads looking for attention might be scaring away people. It makes you sound very desperate. If you get a flower that should be because the person wanted to send you a flower on his/her own and not because you keep begging for it.

Well if it was at the point it was a serious relationship then I would probably make more of an effort on a big meal as opposed if it was just a date with someone new then something light and finger foods etc..

-Manicotti served with a nice side of ceaser (sp?) salad and some garlic sticks. -Beverage would probably be choice of wine or a daquairi or any drink of his choice (and if it would be tonight guess no alcohol for me lol) -Dessert...Chocolate cake or strawberries dipped in chocolate with whip cream for dipping.

-Chicken Stir Fry -Again beverage of choice depending on my partner and what he likes -Dessert would be maybe a lemon meringue pie or some other pie such as Apple pie or Mmmmmm better yet Brownies hehehe

I didn't mean for my message to make it sound like I was criticizing you because I surely wasn't. Believe me I also know many people who drink and drive and I don't agree with it but I don't judge them either. I just tell them what I think about it. Everyone is entitled to their views and opinions that is all.

I would have just simply told him that if he dosn't want you to tart telling him how to live his age and act his age then tell him to mind his own business. Could it be he is just jealous because you got all that stuff and he dosn't?
Hey as long as you respect the others and don't act like total idiot and immature then your fine. The items you have such as your boat and car and such. Those are your hobbies. Everyone has them (hobbies not the cars and boats lol) And if they make you happy then so what what others think.
I read a few of the replies to your post and one asked if it was against the Muslim culture to consume alcohol. I have muslim friends here in Canada and they did tell me in their country it is against their regulations but my friends here do drink. Thank goodness though they would never get behind the wheel of a car and drive under the influence though.
I don't care if the person is Muslim, African, White, Brown, Purple or whatever. Drinking and Driving is a serious offense and wrong!!
I just hope you have learned a valuable lesson and count your lucky stars that it was your car that got most of the brunt of the accident and not one of your passengers or someone else.
I know a guy down home who drank and drove and he constantly got warned for it but did it anyway. And well needless to say he got into a bad accident and it killed his friend who was a passenger. This guy ended up in prison for a long time for neglegence and Manslaughter. Of course he regrets it now but its too late.
I just hope you will be smarter next time and call a cab or take a bus and not drive under the influence.
It is very rare that I use only emoticons when replying to a post. Normaly if it is ones where someone is telling a joke I might just add the laughing emoticon but that is it. I prefer answering with text.
The emoticon that I would have to say I use the most would be the cheers one when I end my posts.
I just wouldn't be bothered with them and pay no attention to them. I have had that happen to me before too and I just eventualy tell them that I don't believe a thing that comes out of their mouthes.
Infatuation for me is like an illness. An obsession. Where all you do is eat, breath, sleep and think of someone or something. Where you have no control of the situation and need help in my opinion.
Love for me is someone who can love you but also can trust you, have confidence in you, give you your space and respect you as well.
I have dated a man who was infatuated once. I swear I nearly lost my marbles. I couldn't breath or do anything without him breathing down my back and holy clingy!!! Drove me bonkers!! I eventualy just got fed up and told him to take a hike! He obviously had serious issues that needed to be dealt with before getting into any kind of relationship.
Try not to stress too much about it. I know easier said than done but stressing is definatly not good for the heart and not helping things either. You are in good hands and at least you detected it early enough and got it checked. Some people just ignore their chest pains and end up in way worse situations.
Its always better to take the time to get to know someone and slowly grow that bond with them. That way your both knowing what your getting yourself into if romance is ever in the plans later on.
Well not sure how your buses run in your neck of the woods but here in my city the bus goes by every 50 minutes. So it is up to you to be there on time. So nope I never missed a bus because I always make it a point to be at the stop 5 minutes before his scheduled arrival. Buses here are on a strict schedule. They can't sit around and wait for people.
I love the Fall. Its my favorite season. Not too hot and not too cold although this year its been quite hot for Fall. Hopefuly Fall will be back to normal soon. I can't stand heat!

I dated a guy awhile back who was the same way. I couldn't go anywhere he had to know every single thing I did and what time and who I was with etc...It got to the point that I left him. And then he had the nerves to show up at my job and insult me from head to toe and make me look like an idiot!!! I was never so much embarrassed in my entire life!!! Needless to say I told him to F off and never ever come near me again! Thank goodness he listened!
You are a very handsome guy and seem to be a very nice guy with a good head on your shoulders. Don't worry about it. You will find someone who is not so psychotic someday soon. Just be patient and try not to have too much expectations!!
