I don't know Babs. I would do a proper meal, with 4 or 5 courses, small ones of course. Like they do in the fancy restaurants, you know when you can see more plate than food laugh laugh laugh

But I'd have to think about the food. It would depend on where he came from. If he's Italian for example then I wouldn't give him Italian food.

What are your ideas Babs?

when I cooked for the first time, I prepared one very tough indian dish that I had learnt from the television and ended up wasting it, since no one at home wanted to eat it after tasting it.

My own creation:

Roasted anaheim chilis stuffed with chicken, cream cheese, monterey jack cheese. Then dipped in tempura batter, deep fried and served with roasted poblano cream, red chili rice, and drunken pintos with bacon. And plenty of margheuritas to wash it all down with.
