How do you even measure body fat index? I was offered a bone density scan last month, is that the only accurate way?

Given that he is only 5'7" and weighed 230-240pounds??????? My facts can easily be proven wrong here if it makes you happy

thats a bmi of 36, i always add a bit more for good measure

I usually go through a different cycle of buds every few years, people change and grow apart and the ones that do get relegated to aquantances faster than their heads can spin Saying that I'm 23 so pretty much all the lads from my teens are just aquantances these days and the lads that i consider friends nowadays will probably last a lot longer as I see a lot more use for them
