i dont want to screw my xhubby over never have... they are his children too he was there when they were concieved and when they wer born, so why shud i be the one to scrape by an bring them up. he should help with their upbringing..
but he is back living at home with his parents not paying rent enjoying the gud life..
in my opinion all fathers shud contribute something to their kids upbringing.
i had a maintenance order in place was fine for a few mths then he left his job so he wudnt have to pay a cent for the kids.. he has got off scott free for the last yr almost.. the judge said because hes now unemployed he cant make him pay maintence ... which i find unbelievable.. he gets unlimited access to the kids the court order is for every weekend. wen i go to monaghan to visit my family i allow the kids go see him..after all he is their dad..
i just cant understand how he can get way with it ??
my ex huuby doesnt pay a cent of maintence for his 4 kids an yet the courts have ordered he sees them every weekend i live in donegal an i have to drive to monaghan too drop them to him an drive bak up on sunday to collect them
