Roy i'm in a woods since i remember myself(thanks to my mother) So...I know mushrooms...hey i'm still alive after all lol I use Baking Soda to wash jars and covers, then I boil jars and covers for 10-15min ...take them out ...turn them up side down on a clean towel ...let them to cool down a little bit ...Oh yes...just small detail ...after jars are sealed again i turning them up side down covering them with kitchen towel and leaving them for the night ..keepthem in dark cool storage 3 years is maximum. Roy please if you will need translation ... just ask me ... i know my English is sucks...

every year i dry and pickle mushrooms for the winter. And as for berries and veggies ...tomato,cucumbers,gooseberry, black currant and ...Oh yes last summer i made 35 jars of rasberry jam... now i giving them away to local schools and daycares ...just cannot eat them all by ourself...lol
Well...it is certanly hurts to read posts about Russian scam ...after i read those posts in "International Dating" thread ... i did some researh on what's going on.I made some calls to Russia to ask my friends and spoke with a Russian girl who just recently moved to Nova Scotia(Canada)... from what i heard ...yes this true and even more it is getting worse,especially in a rural Russian areas such as Volgograg,Siberia and Far East. Now... i do not now what to do ... i was so proud to be Russian but not anymore.I feel like from now on i need to hide my nationality just in case not to be accused ... Please accept my appologie.
