yep, i usually make myself get up and try and walk a little bit.
when im good im good !! im having a flare at the moment and i have a date in 2 hours!! i dont want to cancel as its too short notice , im just hoping he wont see me walking funny and run !! i wont be able to catch him
i was thinking of putting it on my profile !! i do make a joke of it , the guys seem overly concerned , im quite stubborn , if im in pain i dont say anything and ill still go and do stuff...
i do hope it will work for me, my friend has had it since she was 4 and she has a partner of 12 years and a 5 yr old son and i see thats if she can find somebody to accept her than hopefully i can too !
exercise can help too ! i know it sounds strange but a few gentle exercises can help to free up the joints ! thats how i manage mine as here in ireland they dont give pain killers to people with arthritis usually !
it looks like women are more accepting , the few guys iv been on dates with have run a mile when they find out iv arthritis ... its not something i can hide from they really either , if im flaring im flaring thats it !!
when dating somebody , how soon do you tell them that you have an illness?
i suffer from arthritis and sometimes i can get very bad flares where i need help getting out of bed , in and out of cars , getting up from a seat ect.
would it put you off dating somebody if you discovered the person had a life long illness ???
thats the same as children who only have one parent and there are a lot ofsingle mothers out there and their children may not know their fathers ... it would be no different !! families come in all shapes and sizes nowadays!
along time ago this country didnt believe in single fathers either !!if the mother died the children would have been given to family or put in care , but that has changed now too !!! gay people are humans and have rights too !
as long as the children are taken care of ... i dont personally have a problem with same gender parents , of either gender .
yeah they should !! whats stopping a lesbien going out and getting pregnant and raising the child with her female partner ... its more difficult for gay men !
i have a pic up of him , hes a big baby but he will bark if somebody knocks at the door !! our labrador is a big softy hed act as a door stop while the burgler takes off with the tv haha !
hes a staffordshire bull terrier crossed with an alsation , if i didnt know him i wouldnt chance it ... he has huge jaws and powerful legs !! best thing i ever bought

it comes with the territory at 50 , im 22 !! guys my age look at me like im half mad !!! iv to explain that it can affect people at any age !!i accept it ! it seems other people who cant !
