Have black tea until hot. allow to steep for a little less than you would ordinarily.
add the honey and the lemon, stir with the cinnamon stick. now the whiskey and stir again.

Monkey Puzzle Walk
There are 31 pairs of Araucaria araucanas (Monkey Puzzles) in the avenue

It is the largest, most mature avenue recorded in Europe
round.

9am – 7pm Summer months (April to mid October)

The gardens are home to a mix of formal and informal gardens with an arboretum, walled garden, terraced garden, yew walk and rose garden providing the main interest. Also of significance are two stunning avenues, the Monkey Puzzle Avenue and Noble Fir Avenue. Recently added are a rustic summer house, constructed from materials from the gardens and a fountain to replace the original which was sold from the gardens c.1930. The arboretum is home to many fine specimen trees from Asia and South America in particular. A number of these trees are recognised as champion trees due to their size.

Location:
Woodstock Gardens and Arboretum is situated just outside Inistioge village. Approaching from Kilkenny, take the first right in Inistioge, up the steep High Street. Enter through main gateway at top of the hill. Access to the gardens is through car park 500m from the main gates

Manuka honey is about over 10 Euro's


I used normal honey for cold, good for sore throat as well! and ginger for cold! have more Vitamin C

Cut up a small piece of ginger and boil it with a small cup of pure drinking water. Add honey. Strain and drink when hot. Effective if you also have fever resulting from the cold. You may also drink this concoction if you feel a cold coming

my friends think so! we stay over night,, not bad for 80 euros and loads of B&B close by. look at the web site, they held Halloween party last year
