It will get better mate! If you let him afffect you so much that means he has already won and still has some form of control - easier said than done I know!
Some people are very nasty and vindictive. These people only want attention from you, whether it be good or bad.
Leave the nasty ones to fight amongst themselves and carry on with your life. Associate with good, honest and loving people who wont violate your trust and become abusive when they dont get their own way.
Keep believing in yourself and if you know that you are a good person, thats all that matters. The horrible people still have to live with themselves 24/7, I wonder what thoughts go through their head when they close their eyes to go to sleep? So be grateful you dont have to justify bad behaviour to yourself like they do.
It is amazing what lengths some people will go to when things don't turn out the way they wanted them to. They really do become abusive and nasty.
You can't be responsible for someone elses mental problems. Their brain - their problem!
Dear specialk, Hi luv! I was in no way referring to you in my comment. I have read back through your posts and you havent said anything about it being a bad idea for others to share problems.
The comment was directed at a few others who seemed to have a problem with the posts that have been written in this thread.
I have read what you have been through and its not surprising that you are a little sensitive about this subject. In your posititon I would feel exactly the same.

In my opinion I think that if you want to express yourself in this forum, no matter how graphic, it is your right to do so!!! To all the people who are saying - 'some things are better left unsaid', dont be so bloody judgemental! Im sure you have revealed things in your life to others which they may have been offended or shocked by!
This thread was started in order for people to share their bad experiences, not to be critisized for doing so.
So ease up on the people sharing their problems, there is absolutely no need to be so harsh!
