Here's a whole nother reaction,this is what we used to call putting your business out in the street. Where I'm from women might do what you did and cancel...but a couple days later rest assured a guy would see a "where did you get off letter" and lord knows walk on eggshells around his sweeties mama and sister,at most best friend.I think the only overreaction you havin is this poll.
This is a subject people have a hard time with for some reason. Mainly because of media I believe. Here is a perfect example. Love is an action. happy go lucky GIVES flowers(love)jeepers GIVES thanks(love)happygolucky DESCRIBES a deep feeling of affection for jeepers having become accustom to him...THE DESCRIPTION(LOVE)the emotion(not love)If jeepers and happygolucky have a strong deep abiding emotional connection(not love)jeepers may show consideration by PICKINGappygolucky UP in a veh(love) happygolucky may show her appreciation by SAYING thank you(love) and SO ON AND SO ON...Love is something you decide to do to make someone elses life better. The emotion you feel that happens to spur you to do this and the emotion it may evoke in the person you do it for, are two different things...Attraction...Infatuation...Romance...are nice, making the choice to stick around after these things at various points are missing in the picture is an action, it's called Love
The shocking thing to me is that I completely agree with you. When the price of war is too high to pay the combatants just go home,or just give in to unconditional surrender. The only problem is US citizens want to cleave to this thing called a fair fight.In a fair fight there are certain things a human just wont do. US citizens however sooner or later need to discover that the true meaning of war is what is called "gloves off" it is an all out no holds barred assault.It is a survival induced reaction. If you are in a fight for your very existence and the people you are having to kill to make your existence possible are relentless,guaranteed pissing on their corpses is the last thing you will be concerned with. Rest assured the guys and girls on the ground there are in a fight for their very existence make no mistake about it.War has always been much, much worse, it is only these past 3 decades that we have been able to see it in our face. If you don't like what it looks like then stop it, not the pissing...the war. You people reading this you are the people...YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE. Stop what you consider to be abhorrent. regardless of what some people want you to think this IS war. THIS is exactly what war has does is about. Killing your enemy pissing on their dead and desecrating their gods. You're funny! And waay too stressed out! Try tea(see I DO lend a hand to everyone I cross paths with) people ARE my business and I make decent side money helping them 15 percent of which goes to hungry kids here and abroad. My j o b is internationally known for physically and financially sending aid everywhere and is the single largest donor to the United Way. So you see no hypocrite here. Absolutely, like I said never had a child so I figure an ignorant question deserves an equally ignorant answer and so you have it; before three I'd guess kid won't know what hes/shes missing so why give them the missfortune of finding out.and then there's the whole innocence and heaven thing. Besides I like my life. Now on the other hand after three gotta givem a shot at making somethin of this world and so till 40 by 40 don't mean they wouldn't have the ability to change the world just that there's been a juuust reasonable shot at it.
And don't tell me external forces got the kid drawin a bead on you at arms length you wouldn't pull your trigger just a hair faster.

My brother always says when I have a kid ill undertand and I believe him but for myself it has to be imagination until then I know the feelimgs I have for my nephews and if those feelings of protectiveness and love were to be magnified the way my bro says I can't imagine this particular forum even making sense. I really believe a person would commit such a question to a forum in order to get a wide array of responses no matter how askew or intelligent or stupid they may be. Consider that Star has ALL these thoughts swirling in her head but seeing them all laid out this way could aid her to draw out what she needs from them simply because this pace focuses solely on all aspects of her problem. Ill bet you got dozens of responses that included the word "someone" someone is aiken to the word "someday" they are both terms to free the user from ever having tried and failed at what goal they wish they would have achieved. This is insane, there is no dilemma here. There are times to be your kids friend: he broke daddy's favorite golf club, you both snuck some ice cream late at night while you were supposed to be on a diet,and him asleep for school in the morning. These are in keeping with maintaining your childs confidence and in the first case possibly avoiding a hospital bill. But there are definitely times when a parent simply HAS to bite the bullet and be the all around a**hole bad guy.THOSE times include your child has joyridden in your car and returned totally wasted, you see needles under his bed and he doesn't have diabetes,and for DAMNED sure in any situation that requires the use of the term DEATH! Are you kidding me keep his confidence(scoff) he won't love you quite as much for a day but his respect will grow daily. And if something can be done in time as a result of your speedy action the admiration of them both. No there's no dilema. (IF YOU DON'T SAY ITS WRONG IT MUST BE RIGHT)
