I'm cooking cow meat cut in small pieces, marionated with a sauce I can't remember the name, nor the ingredients,but smells very good. Very spicy. I'll add a bit of water and olive oil and then boil it until it cooks and the sauce has worked itself into the meat. Ready to eat with rice and carrot + paprika salat-marionated with olive oil, vinager and salt.
