Girl, I'd suggest you behave moderately: not too quiet, not too happy. If too happy, I see them wanna dance with you the for the whole day. Jee... This quote gives me pressure. If one is in doubt whether he/she should step into a relationship, this quote can be misleading. I'd say...apply it when you are already in a relationship.
