LOL I send u an email shell .And I was knee deep in water today mini me bream jumping .Water was cold wind was warm seeing it was 30c at 1 am today.When I left teh water it was 22c at 8.30am or there abouts!!

Well I meant i sent it to 4 people you and redozichick helps if u get your online friends name right.
I just checked my mail out box this nice lady in qld wasn't there except when I answered her first email and then asked who I had addressed the email to.
I think she may have been vetting someones email .Pretty certain one lady i emailed may not speak the queens english as a first language .yes she is in Adelaide or so her thingee said.

Its been a few weeks .But I met a nice separated lady from country SA from this site .We both have issues and are working threw them, not issues between us but our Ex's .

Well I almost took another step forward today .Well ok yes i did .
Went off to a local shopping centre .Found the gold buyers stand .
Got the old wedding ring out .MMM yes sir 9ct white gold .
$26.50 !!!!
What the heck how many hundreds did that and hers cost me 20 odd years ago.

So no I didn't sell it just yet.Next time I need $26 in a hurry I'll know what to do.!!!

Nah I lost the Health care card when my youngest turned 16 .A bit unfair as I'm earning about the same money but no kids .
Thats ok I'll get extras .And I asked at the local eye doc's and they'll do the test and refer me if I need it .Seeing the locla public hospital told me I'm in for a very very very very very very very long wait!!
All this started before I ended up in that hospital on a drip.And I had to really push the local GP to send me to the endocrinologist!!!

OK I bought some Oat Milk compared it with Rice Milk .And Oat milk had almost half the sugar that Rice milk had .somthing like 3.8 to 8.4(I think)

My job(my 2 weeks of are about to end :()is very very energetic.My old doc used to check my blood sugars once a fortnight .You don't have any sugar worries then do a fasting test mmm problem.
So yep I'm on metforim along with a store of others.
Have worn a brace in the past it was supposed to come out last op but they just cleaned it out again .
So I'm battling on

Yep I have to watch the Carbs .
Breakfast either porridge or 2 pieces of Toast never both
l 2 pieces of bread (or 1 roll) equals the amount of carbs in a meal I am permitted to eat.

Cheers at times I do slip but no very often.so yes I'm human .
My biggest diet problem is at night to many Carbs and to much red meat .But after manual labour work sometimes u just need something other than Salad or Vegies steamed in a bag.

Your kids will always get sick at some time .You just have to be strong for them and for yourself.
Not that I'm an expert but please don't go back.
