Does constant bombimg to a country for no reason other than you have a goverment that you don't agree with it, Yes that is terrorizim and USA have done it, Example Cuba (Bombing of inocent farmers for no reason on the early stages of Castro Rule). Cambodia, And many more, That's terrorism. Also allowing Israel or turning their faces and seeing them comitt terrorist acts against Palestine and Lebanon. Iraq against Iran seeing, Knowing about Chemical weapons used by sadamm againts his people and Iran and turning their faces, that is terrorism or allowing another country to do it, Double standard.
