thanks for the info! don't have the discovery channel but will be out looking for the scottish guys in kilts on harleys! normally just reserved for weddings, funerals and football matches-lol! it is a very nice thing! the full scottish rig-out is rather nice i think but right time, right place! my family has it's own tartan and they all look and are very masculine-bring out the bagpipes-what about riding a harley and playing bagpipes (now there's a feat!)

yes! i recommend avocado with prawns, with gruyere cheese under the grill for a few minutes, then a nice sirloin steak (medium rare) with all trimmings! dessert (probably raspberry pavlova with lots of cream)
