If you're going to do an event in Amsterdam, you might as well do it right. The last meet & greet event (for expats) I went to in Leidseplein was fab... everyone loved the atmosphere and it did not get in the way of a group of expats talking and getting to know each other.
And, I have a reservation for the event. I reserved Cafe Hole in the Wall for us:
No worries... I won't let him ruin things for me. He underestimated the loyalty and intelligence of my friends.
And I'm feeling very happy this weekend. I had a fabulous time scouting for the CS Amsterdam Get Together in my new leather jacket, then a great day at the beach meeting new people who are also living far from home.
Well, I'm planning a combo divorce party and belated birthday celebration weekend in Barcelona a bit before the CS Get Together... just the girls hitting the clubs til past dawn. Perfect for this night owl with amazing reserves of energy.
i just know it's Italian and very supple and high quality.
I needed to treat myself today... because this used to be my wedding anniversary (would have been the 16th), but now I'm legally single on that day for the first time ever.
