In my eyes the world is against me
And by everyone I'm despised.
It hurts to be alone
But in my eyes I'm better off on my own.

Don't trust man cause God owns my life
Put it in the hands of man and he'll kill you with a knife
So look through my eyes tell me what you see
Cause I see a young black male waiting to D I E
Demons going in and out of me.
So I give my life to God let him choose
Heaven or Hell, Win or Lose.

I try to live my life one day at a time
Live today trying to make a dime.
Living on the streets only one man can imagine
If it was you, you'd wonder how'd this happen?

So Look through my eyes tell me what you see.
Because I see you looking down on me.

Your beautiful face I really miss.
Gone from your smile,your touch,your kiss.
Your scent is lost without you here,
But I still smell your love in the air.
Our hearts are one, so is our souls,
The love we share I'll never let go.
You were meant for me, and I for you.
The love I have will always be true.
A moment has passed since I've seen your face,
When I think of you my heart race.
I remember the day you were in my arms,
Your head on my chest, and you were safe from harm.
I'll always be there when you need a friend,
I promise to love you until the end.
We are so far away, but never apart,
Forever we're together Mind, Soul, and Heart
