I can't feel my legs
I'm falling
falling
into a dark, black hole

My feet are wonderful machines
They can take me to a different world
I feel like I can fly
My feet are a dancer's feet
They aren't pretty and they aren't a model's
But they are magical and lovely in my mind
I stop and think of this amazing gift
God has given me
Scarred
Mangled
Bruised
Unappealing
These are a dancer's feet
They may not be wonderful
But they take me through
The journey of life but most importantly
The journey of dance....
