In the school yard where I do swell I met this guy, I loved so well He came and stole my heart from me But now he's going to set me free He sat a strange girl upon his knees And told her things that he never told me I ran home and cried on my bed And not a word, to my mother was said My father came home late that night He searched for me from left to right He ran up the stairs, my door he broke down To find me hanging from a rope round and round " oh daughter dear, what have you done You've killed yourself for one mans son" He cut me loose and on my dress, this note he found Dig my grave Dig it deep With golden stones From my head to my feet And on this stone Please place a dove To show the world I DIED FOR LOVE..........
