my life began in poverty
new clothes and things were not for me
not for us the things of wealth
you wanna bike build it yourself

life was hard but we went on
we played outside sports and so on
we made good friends and stuck together
no matter what we found some pleasure

I had two parents one good one bad
and thinking back this still makes me sad
but these things moulded me you see
helped make me be the man you see

looking back I came through ok
some friends didn't I`m sorry to say
but life goes on and now I`m freer
and my aches and pains mean I`m still here

Life is life and I long to say
Do we live in things we say
Do we love and in return
Feel our feelings
Crash and burn

Is life worth living
Can we tell
Or is it just
Some form of hell

Can we find
Some sort of peace
With someone who
Can love with ease

Or is it just
a fantasy
I could be you
Could you be me

To love and learn
To become the real deal
I need to find
The real the real appeal

Could we love as
We'd need to or
Could there be
Some other law

That leads us to
A place we know
So we can find
Where we must go

It's time to end
This sorry ryhme
Didn't mean to waste
Your time
