It is funny you don’t wear blue anymore
Wore it to shreds tore?
it's funny you look for a place to go
So Alone, quiet, inside. a long forgotten woe?
Its funny how you ceased to be you
An alien force gone all awry spent too
Its funny your heart is frozen stone cold
Dried tears congealed, in harsh light, mock your mold
It’s funny you suddenly found a place in filthy revelry
death is near... though it's time, hidden cleverly
it's not funny nor sad
just a discarded piece in some trashy ballad

shattered pieces all around some lost forever some washed ashore, did you find the other half of the one you gave me...
cleft asunder pieces of you and I
touch softly the debris it's all I have left over of who you once were, to me my one love...
in my hand I gently hold that one perfect being you once had been just for me only for me
love tied me tight but oh so softly it encircled my ' being' not a drop did mess the earth with blood
even traces shall not be here or anywhere
never shall be
ever no more

About this poem:
dark dull agony inside, always like a companion

dead deaf blind moles
stagnating in murky holes
shadows slinking in light's blinking
a sounded tear lost in wailing
memory never sets free
fate's capricious decree
never draw near light
shadows cannot live in lit up- bright
die if it suits you best
I am closed, laid out for eternal rest

I wear truth's true hat, fits so well
got million ones, not one will I sell
shall wear green sleeves
even if they morph into leaves
strike a path remove dread
be true to it dear, it is a lovely head
I wear truth's hat in gratitude
never part with this blissful quietude
or will the storm of heavily laden hate
swish it off... my true mate...?
as truth be my witness
I shall be true in truth's steady earnestness

About this poem:
As a child I heard this story of a hat that would only fit the head of the one who always held truth most dearly..
