Appreciate that first ray of sun after Winter's Chill; For each year it will shine a little differently in your eyes ...
Appreciate the heart warmth of your lover in the early dawn time.. And allow it to warm your own being without expectation of more...
Appreciate your life; do not strive for next week; Those days are not relevant to the now...
Allow yourself to savour life, not devour;
For only then can you see how blessed you really are and truely show your love to others..
