I've been wracking my brains and can't think of anything that would be on that weekend so I'm sure they would be only too happy to cut some kind of deal if they have the availability. Make sure though that you arrange for people to pay themselves when they arrive and don't give your own CC details ...
If people knew each other better another option would be one of those short term let apartments but it could be a bit like Big Brother if everyone was meeting for the first time ... "Could Anna please come into the Diary Room"!!!

I had one of those a couple of months back ... I would recommend downloading Superantispyware (free) and Crapcleaner (also free) and using Avast (you guessed it, free!)

just thought i,d say i checked online 4 the trains times & prices. for saturday 2 october. for the people who are travelling from dublin.
train at 9,30am fare online is only €10,00
11,30am fare online is €10,00
12,00pm fare is €25,00
14,30pm fare is €10,00 + booking fee.
so if you want to travel cheap book your ticket online or pay about €40/€50 in the train station.
