DeSantis: Send Biden's Planeloads of Illegal Aliens to Delaware, Martha's Vineyard, Not Florida

(CNSNews.com) - The Biden administration is quietly moving thousands of illegal aliens to various states, including Florida, but Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis intends to return them to sender.

In his "Freedom First" $99.7 billion budget for Fiscal Year 2022-23, DeSantis included $8 million to protect Floridians from the "harms" of illegal immigration, including by transporting illegal immigrants "to other states."

At a news conference last week, DeSantis said, "If you sent [illegal immigrants] to Delaware or Martha’s Vineyard or some of these places, that border would be secure the next day.”

On Monday night, the governor told Fox News's Laura Ingraham that the Biden administration is running "a mass human smuggling operation."

So the border's obviously a disaster, and some people say well, that's a problem for Texas or Arizona. Well, actually, the Biden demonstration puts people on planes and flies them into Florida in the wee hours of the morning.

So they've done over 70 flights in the last six months, dumped people here, and we had -- a few weeks ago, one of those people that Biden dumped ended up committing a murder in northeast Florida. And so these are crimes that would not have happened but for Biden's recklessness.

And so our view is, if they are going to be dumping, you know, we want to be able to facilitate transfer to places like Delaware. And so we have $8 million in my new budget to be able to do that.

But we also look to these carriers that the federal government's contracting with, and we're going to pass legislation that says if you are facilitating Biden's policies, which is effectively a mass human smuggling operation, you are not going to be eligible to do business with the State of Florida or other local governments, and we're going to charge you restitution for each individual that you're bringing, because, yes, there are drugs, there are crimes, but you also have things with health care costs, education, all these services that get taxed because of Biden's reckless policies.

And so we have a responsibility to fight back, and that's what we're doing.

Host Laura Ingraham pointed to a Washington Post op-ed accusing DeSantis of "paving his path to the White House on the backs of vulnerable migrant children."

In response, DeSantis said he wants to use Florida resources to help "American kids, Floridians."

"Let's not be a repository for people coming from all over the world illegally through the southern border and then brought to the State of Florida. So focusing on your citizens first I think is common sense, and we want it to be -- we do not want to facilitate Biden's reckless policies in any way, shape, or form.

"Their policies are wrong, and if the states band together and do things like Florida is proposing to do, it would be more likely that they're going to have to reverse course, but if you're facilitating then they're going to continue to do what they're doing."

So what if Kamala Harris becomes president?

President Kamala Harris. When the prospect is raised, people of either political party shudder. But President Harris may be coming to a theater near you.

President Joe Biden is a faltering soul. His unfortunate state is not due to overwork (First Lady Jill claims Joe toils for the country 24/7). No, Joe falters due to early entry into old age.

Joe strains mightily to read a teleprompter. His handlers tell him to just read the damn words and don't insert any of his own. Joe faithfully complies. With squinting eyes and monotone voice he recites every word scrolled. Including “end of quote.”

Contrast the present Joe with the Joe of a mere two years ago. In the second video at the link, also note the shifty nastiness of the woman who is now V.P., and the woman in white who so deftly skewered her. Also see why Jill hates Kamala.

One morning we may wake to learn that Joe has joined the dearly departed. Crocodile tributes and tears will flow from the Democrat elite, but they will regret Joe's passing mainly for what the cat now drags in. And there is nothing the elite can do about it.

Kamala Devi Harris does not need confirmation by Congress or a ruling by the Supreme Court to assume the presidency. The Constitution automatically raises her to that office. The instant Joe goes to his reward, she is in. Period.

Imagine the terror of those who have conspired to remove her from the vice presidency. Ditto for the wider bunch who have relentlessly humiliated and dissed her. Kamala has certainly been taking names, and soon comes the part about kicking butts. Many derrières will fly.

Kamala is regarded as a lightweight. However – this lightweight is not mentally or physically impaired like her boss. She is 57, healthy, and brimming with plenty of naked ambition. She don't need no stinking handlers either.

By hook or by Willie Brown she made it to the U.S. Senate. By hook or by race-based politics she made it onto the presidential ticket. Kamala may lack competence, judgment, focus, etc., but she does not lack self-serving ruthlessness. (Put an “l” at the end of her middle name, just saying.) Kamala will do what Kamala needs to do to advance her career.

That career has always steered toward the main prize, the presidency of the United States (don't need no spot on the Supreme Court). President 47 or bust.

Democrats today versus Democrats 90 years ago

One of the greatest Democratic Presidents of the 20th century, Franklin D Roosevelt asserted in a depression “we have nothing to fear but fear itself”. Joe Biden, warns us of a “winter of severe illness and death” let's you know how badly the Democrats have withered since Roosevelt.

Class action suit...

I received a letter this week from a law firm suing a car manufacturer about a vehicle I no longer own. It had to do with some defective safety equipment. If I recall, the last class action suit I signed and returned the form got me a check somewhere around $6.
Yeah... take that to the bank!
It's my opinion, but I could be wrong. I believe the people making money off of class action suits are the lawyers.

The truth about socialism and communism

While Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Bernie Sanders are poisoning the minds of millions of young people by extolling the glories of socialism and communism, I think everyone should ponder this quotation from years ago by Memphis Pastor Dr. Adrian Rogers (1931-2005): “You cannot legislate the poor into freedom by legislating the wealthy out of freedom.

"What one person receives without working for, another person must work for without receiving. The government cannot give anybody anything that the government does not first take from somebody else. When half the people get the idea that they do not have to work because the other half is going to take care of them, and when the other half gets the idea that it does no good to work because somebody else is going to get what they work for, that my friend, is about the end of any nation. You cannot multiply wealth by dividing it.”

Why Liberals (And not-so liberals) are against President Trump.

A.) He lies. A LOT. Politifact rates 70% of the words he speaks as “Mostly False or worse” Only 14% of the things he says get a “Mostly True” or better rating. That is an absolutely unbelievable number. How he doesn’t speak more truth by mistake is beyond me. To put it in context, Obama’s rating was 26% mostly false or worse, and I had a problem with that. Many of Trump’s former business associates report that he has always been a compulsive liar, but now he’s the President of the United States, and that’s a problem. And this man expects you to believe him when he points at other people and says “They’re lying.”

B.) He’s an authoritarian populist, not a conservative. He advances regressive social policy while proposing to expand federal spending and federalist authority over states, both of which conservatives are supposed to hate.

C.) He pretends at Christianity to court the Religious Right but fails to live anything resembling a Christ-like life. 1 Corinthians 5:11

D.) His nationalist “America First” message effectively alienates us and removes us from our place as leaders in the international community.

E.) His ideas on “keeping us safe” are all thinly veiled ideas to remove our freedoms—he is, after all, an authoritarian first. They also are simply bad ideas.

F.) He couldn’t pass a 3rd-grade civics exam. He doesn't know what he’s doing. He doesn't understand how international relations work, he doesn’t understand how federal state or local governments work, and every time someone tries to “run it like a business” it’s a spectacular failure. See Colorado Springs’ recent history as an example. The Short, Unhappy Life of a Libertarian Paradise And that was a businessman with a MUCH better business track record than Trump. We are talking about a man who lost money owning a freaking gambling casino.

G.) He behaves unethically and always has. As a businessman, he constantly left in his wake unpaid contractors and invoices, litigation, broken promises, whatever he could get away with.

H.) He is damaging our relationships with our best international friends while kissing up to nations that do not have our best interests in mind. To his question “Wouldn't it be great to have better relations with Russia?” The answer is Yes. But it is RUSSIA who needs to earn that, who must stop doing the things that are damaging to that relationship, or we are simply weaker for it.

I.) He has never seen a shortcut he didn't like, and you can’t take shortcuts in government. “Nuclear Option, Remove the Filibuster, I’ll change the Constitution by Executive Order…” Don…what happens when you remove the filibuster and the other side retakes the majority in the Senate? Suddenly want that filibuster back? What happens if you manage to change the Constitution by Executive Order and an anti-2A president wins the next election?

J.) He behaves and has always behaved as an unabashed racist. Yes, I’ve seen your favourite meme that claims he was never accused of racism before the Democrats…Absolutely false. Donald Trump’s long history of racism, from the 1970s to 2019 See the Central Park 5, the lawsuits and fines resulting from his refusal to lease to black tenants, the 1992 lost appeal trying to overturn penalties for removing black dealers from tables, his remarks to the house Native American affairs subcommittee in 1993. The man sees and treats racial groups of people as monoliths.

K.) He is systematically steamrolling regulations specifically designed to keep a disaster like the 2007 subprime mortgage crisis from happening again.

L.) He speaks and acts like a demagogue. He sees the Legislative and Judicial branches of government as inconveniences, blows up at criticism no matter how deserved and actively tries to countermand constitutional processes, not to mention attempts to blackmail and coerce people who are saying negative things about him.
