It's standard business to offer free Wi-Fi nowadays. Donuts shops, restaurants, fast-food establishments. The lobby of the medical clinic has a sign on the wall with the login code to access their free Wi-Fi.

Twenty years ago the place to get online was at an Internet Cafe. I used to video chat with some women in the Philippines who paid by the hour to share time with friends family and the possibility of meeting a guy online. Owning a computer and having an internet at home was only for the wealthy. The cafe was the normal way get a computer and connect with the outside world.

Often, it's dark when I leave my office heading home and pass by a 24 hour McDonalds. I can see groups of people on the outside patio relaxing at tables typing away on their laptops soaking up the free Wi-Fi.

Seems to me most of you people on here think the young don't know what we're talking about, is it because I'm only 18! or is it that I'm female? I can't tell, bit of both maybe, but unlike all of you I study, I don't waste time with that box that you all can't get enough of and has you all zombiefied in your homes! (tv and I bet your world would fall apart if there was no electricity for one week) I'll watch a movie maybe once a month if I'm lucky or perhaps a fight (MMA or Boxing) once a month also! but that's it, I watch a movie with my Mother, and a fight with my Father! and my Father has never watched a movie or tv in his 50 years on this planet, he tells me its all geriatric bullshit to keep the masses at home and off the streets, stop them from complaining about the real issues of the world, just a bunch of zombies in front of the tv doing exactly what it tells you to do, consume, watch this, record that, all subliminal messages in everything you watch, and I do mean everything and all you in zombieland don't even release there doing it, and don't ask me who, your not that f*ckin stupid, we all know who owns all the tv stations all the movie sets! Media, all the politicians are in there pocket, all the one's that count anyway, they own all the gold mines diamond mines and all the precious metals from all the lands all around the world, not bad for a race that was chased out off Jerusalem in 70AD by the Romans! went from country to country selling carpets and rugs and ended up owning all the mines, f*ck they must of been some rugs! South Africa and Russia! diamond mines! and Japan, Canada, Papa New Guinea, United States, in 3 different states, Peru, Australia, Indonesia, South Africa, for gold mines! but who owns all these mines? not the countries there in that's for sure! Where is all this freedom and equality we here so much of? we can't just get up and go anywhere we want! lets put it this way, if I was to take my fathers boat or plane and tried to go to Antarctica! that nobody owns BTW, I would be stopped by several or more countries, but their aloud go back and fort anytime they want, so why are these governments aloud go and we're not? Admiral Richard Byrd said in an interview on his return from Antarctica that there was enough natural resources there for the whole world for the next 2 to 5 centuries back in the 40s! then he said two words, Possibly Uranium! wonder if that's why all the restrictions came after that interview, nah I'm sure it just another coincidence and I'm just been paranoid, there not mining for precious materials behind the worlds backs and say their doing scientific research for the good of humanity! yeah that's it their our friends and they are there just to help the human race! why did I ever doubt such honorable people? I blame the history books, once a c*nt always a c u n t! its a DNA thing coded into the c u n ts of the world.

Now where to begin, maybe the 3rd world countries, do you think this day in age its right what's happening there? people dying of thirst and starvation? would a humanity world really let this happen? and don't tell me the charities help! their all in it for themselves they give 10 to 15 cents on every Euro or Dollar they get, did you know that? way else do you think there are so many of them, and shouldn't it be the other way round they get the 10 or 15? come on people please don't tell me you agree with that, as for all the others adopt this or that, COME ON WAKE THE f*ck UP PEOPLE! Look I know you think your helping, but the truth is your just making them rich who run all the charities! you want to really help take a blanket and some food to the homeless in or around your area! people who lost their homes to the banks, that now live on the streets! you don't see any f*ckin BANKERS on the streets do you? we say where a civilized people yet every country in the world has homeless, and people walk by them as if they were invisible! that's mighty human of you all, suppose your going to tell me to stop talking about this as well?

They shoot protesters at will, men women children, and the rest of the world sit back and let them, why is that I wonder? why is it we tolerate that kind or behavior from such a small country? the world has helped many counties for less, but never against Israel, you would think the chosen would be more respectful towards life, if they are indeed the chosen ones, shouldn't they at least set an example for the rest of us? instead of persecuting men women and children who's bloodline has been on that land long before them. Now I may be young, but I have eyes and a brain, year after year they slaughter Palestinians, and the world does nothing, why is this? if you speak out you are labeled anti-Semitic, but yet they are the chosen people and we are beneath them, we are goyim! isn't that Antisemitism to the rest of the people of the world? they see us as cattle when they look at us, cause we are not worthy, says who? some book that's been manipulated by man over the years! have you noticed the things in there history like king David facing and killing Goliath a giant in his younger years! come on people really? sounds like another myth to me, and if it was any other country it would be just that, another one is Moses! can't wrap my mind around that one, we have proved that Jews didn't build the pyramids! its a fact! so where did this myth come from? I mean that's like me saying leprechauns and fairies are real, there not, neither are giants! nobody parted any sea that's just ridiculous, if the creator talked to them why did the creator stop? could it be the chosen lost there way since then? Why are we afraid of them? cause they control everything through wealth? and the rest of the world let them kill at will? Innocent protesters killed every year of all ages is just not acceptable, but yet the world looks on and does nothing, am I wrong about this? please tell me I'm wrong and that justice and truth stands for something in this world.

I usually click on Yahoo for a search engine partly because I get to see some headline news. More entertainment value than factual news or things really not important in my world. I'm sure Meghan Markle is a really nice lady but I don't think she needs to be the top story on a daily basis.

Today, I see a story about Dangerous Snakes Sold In South Carolina and a man who drove 4 hours to buy 3 venomous snakes at the Repticon wildlife show. He was quoted as saying “It’s a thrill buying these. This is the closest big show that sells venomous snakes.’’

I replaced a refrigerator last year. Wheeling the old one to the front for trash pick up, I realized I forgot the bottom grill. The time it took to walk to the house, get the grill and walk back to the front, someone in an old Nissan mini-van was forcing the refrigerator into the side door of his vehicle. I asked if he needed help and he replied no, so I handed him the grill and walked back to the house.

Nearly everything I leave out front for pick up is gone before the city sanitation truck arrives. Metal shelving... gone. 10 year old laser fax... gone. A pile of computers (less the hard drives)... gone. Old vacuum cleaner... gone.

I believe in recycling and in my neighborhood that happens.

My nephew lived with me for years while he went to college. He relocated in a nearby city and told me it was okay to get rid of his things. I dragged a futon and some bedding to the front for trash pick up and my neighbor and kids asked if it was all right to take them as he knew some families who could use these items...

That said, one mans trash is another mans treasure...

I am black ,short , bold and beautiful but aren't we all beautiful regardless of pigmentation? We were not created by a monster..

Why can't we all be the beautiful soul that we were meant to be?

My thought today is with a friend who has been suffering in health for many years, and who has been through hell and back an innumerable number of times. While this may show an inherent gigantic inner strength, it is truly a huge cross that this friend is bearing and carrying.
May the Almighty Father take pity, heals this person from the pain and lightens the load that has now been borne for many many years. I earnestly pray for this Dear God.

Today is the last day of July, the month dedicated internationally to picnics .... and therefore the great outdoors ! Not here though. In this, on this small island, we are a very poor nation. The little there is is inundated with building waste material, rubbish, or illegal encroachment by caravans and bird trappers’ RTO notices. All to a backdrop of towering cranes and noise.
So we don’t do picnics. We do beach barbecues ! The black small mounds of soot and unconsumed charcoal which pepper some of our popular rocky beach spots and the resultant eyesore of overflowing separating rubbish bins have become a norm, accepted by a people who seem to have given up.
But on this, maybe some other time ...

While the month of July is dedicated to the Ice Cream, today in particular is Junk Food Day ! For many, today can be a treat, for many others today is nothing special, since eating junk food is a norm.
A rather disgusting statistic is that over 1 billion people worldwide defacate outdoors. Yes people, that’s sh*tting in the open. And no country is excluded from this practice .... both literally and figuratively speaking !
