Pure life..energy flowing
Borned life..keep growing
Land of imensity
Never ends creates eternity.
Appreciation needs
More than a blackgold deeds
Life cannot live without
The Earth is surrounded.
Energy is given
With wind and water
Sweet and salty
All of it....Matter.

I find myself sometimes in the garden, on bended knee, like time spent before God, in times past, to service prayer and contemplation.
My toil in the dirt, in something like a self-imposed penitence; As if it could really be believed, this, a disciplinary labor? No- Not labor, at least not without fruits, which then is not discipline at all, in the sense of justice, but more akin to labor that is work for pay.
What payment I receive for my efforts, well that's as much between He and I as anything else, I guess. About two weeks past budding, the colors begin to bloom. Vibrant and impressive, in both color and form, striking one to awe.
I wonder sometimes, while watching the smaller animals which are more brazen and scurry about, what great difference there is in life, in consciousness, being, between us and them. It's easy enough to see, well, you know, here is an animal, here is what it is capable of, endowed by it's biology, this is the way it acts, which is pretty much just what you'd probably expect in most situations.
But here, probing the soil, I wonder what He must have done when first bringing forth such things. The thoughts although similar take on a whole new feel. What worth is a plant? What loss is there when it is gone? A plant is quite clearly alive, and so what more harm is it to be omnivore or herbivore- You take a life, either way.
These things I consider while working the soil, struggling with the separate thought that there is no 'just right' here at the ground level, there is only 'Good enough' or 'Seems OK'. It isn't so much a matter of fulfilling predetermined criteria as it is devotion of time and compassion.
And I try, I do. And I think again, for a moment. When each blossom opens to expose the intimate delicacy of it's most alluring regions, might they, like hatchlings, have impressed me as their own lifegiver? I tend to them with diligence, and while they all equally impress me, and I delight in their elegance, each and every one, two things, neither knees, anchor my daydreams to the ground:
First, that I have misjudged their intent, and second, that as I pride myself on each and every one, they each ideally desire my sole attention, the full extent of the resources I might provide, and all of the time I can spare to offer as labor.

The way is not through here
You missed it from space
A stroll along the beach
Always time for a think
Seems that today is all
Trembling as diagnosed
Slowly motioning to fade
You've only taken your ground
10,000 yards on the tar
Crystal dust can't make you a star
Everything is blinding beneath
Beneath the wary godmother sea
Pick out the white-skinned in tangle
How much can one take?
The misery blues livin'
A kiss and romance for God's sake.

Why the same use
Why the same moods
Black can't make you gain
Black can't make you fuse
Stand in the midst of gales
Stand in the room you knew
Later the traps layed
Later the mice chewed.

Broken parts meshed rough together
but may not hold intact forever
risk of cracks if we come together
Corridors of doubts crowd beyond my mind
forgiveness, acceptance I will not find
no belief another being is kind
As deep weals of harm begin to heal
my skin remembers how to feel
layers of rejection slowly unpeel
Yet with words and secrets softly spoken
forgotten wounds will silently open
Cannot offer them as trusting token
discarded trysts clutter my bedroom floor
I don't wish to feel or cause pain once more
harm to another I do utterly deplore
Do not seek to understand my soul
only partially mended seeking whole
Closeness mocks the essence of me
empty cadence of what I ought to be
For so it is only me and I
who is granted permission to watch me cry
I place a seed of love in my secret drawer
from a distance I will care, adore
and no one will be hurt once more.

About this poem:
'In to me see', allowing another to see inside us fully. Lifetimes of fears and betrayals lead to fear of that which our souls/inner spiritual beings most crave, causing a highly stressful dichotomy of partially denied needs/wants.
Dance of The Wounded Souls is a good resource.

My heart has felt much pain.
An for love I have waited in vain.
I have fallen for bad temptation.
That did not stand up to my great execptations.
My eyes have seen tribulation.
with gratification.
Because after all the pain I have suffered.
Myself is what I have discovered.

Her eyes have a great fixation
White snow covers her curly hair
She roams the halls with a head held high
Always looking for some jewellery to wear!
In the garden, she seeks to find
Some daffodills to feed her wrinkled palm
She sings her song for another time
The patients squirm and stay calm.

with four point six billion
or so, please don't misconstrue
but it'a been a big mistake
if there hadn't a been a you
to know that you've been wanted
may help you to feel relieved
they all desire you to be a part
those in your life you've believed
we'd 've missed you on your birthday
the way you unabashedly smile
to pass another year, another day
without you to show it's worthwhile
when one or another needs a pull
or a pickup, a tug to the line
we know that we can count on you
to help lift us out of decline
we don't always know why we're here
if anyone would an absence observe
just remember there's more than one
who matter and your presence deserve
you're unique a person like no other
just what the doctor ordered for some
to give of yourself to those who need
another example of what can become
rejoice and quietly smile inside
knowing that a difference you've made
to many you may not even know exactly
what an important part you've played
what four point six billion and one
individual souls the world through
know heartfelt it'a been a mistake
if there hadn't a been a you

Evil intent here is going a long way
Seems as if some are hell-bent,
On causing pain to cause a heart wound
For Innocents who are just having a heyday,
Why oh! why should people be this way?
Slinging mud all over this corner everyday
When life is only a breath away,
Each individual has a right to live
Their life according to their will
Just lets Live.....And Let Live
