If by life you were deceived,
Don't be dismal, don't be wild!
In the day of grief, be mild,
Merry days will come, believe!
Heart is living in tomorrow,
Present is dejected here,
In a moment, passes sorrow
That which passes will be dear.

Though you can not fly with me -
Don't drag me down,
Let me fly!
Though you worry I will fall and die -
Don't drag me down,
Let me fly!
Let me fly, babe, let me fly!
* * * * * * * * * * * * *
Cut your ropes, untie, let me fly!
I dare to touch the sky.
Wings - unfoldered and open.
Fear - emraced and broken.
Who is coming with me? - I invite.
You will see rainbow colour of white.

About this poem:
I wanna fly, don't ya stop me!
I am in the wrong world, even more, I got stuck on the wrong little island with mentality back 100 years. And you know, I am not tired of growing old! My mission is to make the world a better place, to leave it better than I found it. And I MAKE changes I am proud of. When people say "But what can I do?" I always reply "Stop saying But what can I do and do something!"
I am a paralegal Consultant, I am a Human Rights Defender, I am a Challenger of a State I live in, besides, I am a water rescuer and tonight I am starting my abseiling and firefighting course as well.
I do save people both from death and from abuse, I do fight and change the laws and policies in the Country I live. Yes, I know what you say, I am a superwoman. But I do not want to be less. It is the only life I have.
Dare to fly?
White colour consists from a rainbow set of colours. Far not many people can see it. Far not many people were born to fly either. When people of different levels meet, one starts to lift up another, while another starts to drag down the first one. Both of them are trying to match their levels to get along together. Until they rebel, one or both.

What is the meaning of a beautiful mind?
A rarity of beauty simply thoughtful and kind
A Concerning voice for all the worlds ill
A desire to be heard neither quiet nor still
Never a word spoken harshly, or with malice
A white ivory tower set in a crystal palace
Impulsive thoughts to settle all the wrong
Speak up! Don’t dither! Resounding, strong
The purest love for all things living and born
You have your right to exist, it will never scorn
A saving soul for a blue beautiful world
Battered by mankind with their greed unfurled
We see the blood flow from your questions
A haemorrhage of concern seeking suggestions
Neither ceasing nor resigning from your quest
A determination of steel to seek out our best
A beautiful mind never demands exemption
Just justice imploring us our redemption
Never hiding from truth, demanding the facts
Moralising without impunity, never ceasing in acts
What is the meaning of a beautiful mind?
A caring person requiring us our bind
Fighting for right not fearing exclusion
A statue of Liberty with no illusion

Friend is a word that I don't throw around
Though it's used and abused, I still like the sound
I save it for folks who've done right by me
And I know I can count on, if ever need be.
Some of my friends drive big limousines
Own ranches and banks and visit with queens
And some of my friends are up to their neck
In overdue notes and can't write a check.
They're singers and ropers and writers of prose
And others, God help them, can't blow their own nose!
I guess being friends has nothing to do
With talent or money or knowing who's who.
It's a comfortable feeling when you don't have to care
About choosing your words or being quite fair
Because friends'll listen and just go on by
Those words you don't mean and not bat an eye
It makes a friend happy to see your success
They're proud of your good side and forgive all the rest
That isn't so easy, all of the time
Those times they get crazy and seem to go blind!
Your friend might have to just take you on home
Or remind you sometimes, that you're not alone
Or ever so gently pull you back to the ground
When you think you can fly with no one around.
A hug, or a shake, whichever seems right
Is the high point of giving, I'll tell you this night
All wordly riches and tributes of men
Can't hold a candle to the worth of a friend.

I may have flaws, live in anxiety, even get angry sometimes
But I do not forget that my life
is the biggest company in the world...
And I can avoid its failure.
To be happy is to recognise that life is worth living
Even with all its challenges, misunderstandings, and its periods of
crisis.
To be happy is to stop being victim of problems and being the
author of your own story.
It's to cross deserts outside of yourself
And to find an oasis inside your soul...
It's to thank God each morning for the miracle of life.
To be happy it is not to be afraid of your own emotions.
It is knowing how to speak about yourself.
It is to have courage to listen to a 'no'!
To have the strengh to receive a criticism
even when unjust...
Stones in the road?
I save every single one, one day I'll build a castle....

M.oving from my sleep
O.nly echoes of the night remain
R.eturning from visions of you
N.ever believing I would meet someone like you
I.awake with delight
N.ot alone anymore cos I have you
G.ood morning my love...
This morning
the breeze
awakens the earth
Birds sing cheerfully
to the earth
This is the time
to wish my love
a good morning...

A fire lights beneath me incinerating hopes and goals
Smothering the coals to ash and believing what I'm told
Finding truth in life, ways that I never thought
Im powered by my dreams accepting what I'm taught
Controlling every substance that draws me astray
Breaking down in tears to the heavens I will pray
Burnt Soul
Distraut a lot
Memory Full
Intentions Cruel
Completely Renewed
Long Overdue
Admitted the Truth
How about you?
Ignite & Unite
The fire is beneath us all
To take us down to a mighty fall
To beckon our minds for one last call
Begining the ending of our long haul

"Why, Jon, why?" his mother asked. "Why is it so hard to be like the rest of the flock,Jon? Why can't you leave low flying to the pelicans, the albatross? Why don't you eat? Jon, you're bone and feathers!"
"I don't mind being bone and feathers, Mum. I just want to know what I can do in the air and what I can't, that's all. I just want to know."
"See here, Jonathan," said his father, not unkindly. "Winter isn't far away. Boats will be few, and the surface fish will be swimming deep. If you must study, then study food, and how to get it. This flying business is all very well, but you can't eat a glide, you know. Don't you forget that the reason you fly is to eat."
Jonathan nodded obediently. For the next few days he tried to behave like the other gulls; he really tried, screeching and fighting with the flock around the piers and fishing boats, diving on scraps of fish and bread. But he couldn't make it work.
It's all so pointless, he thought, deliberately dropping a hard-won anchovy to a hungry old gull chasing him. I could be spending all this time learning to fly! There's so much to learn!
It wasn't long before Jonathan Gull was off by himself again, far out to sea, hungry, happy, learning how to fly.
The subject was speed, and in a week's practise he learned more about speed than the fastest gull alive.

About this poem:
I first read this book years ago, and the character of Jonathan Livingston Seagull just jumped out of the page at me, I guess because I have lived a life similar to him...always doing different, and never following the flock, and... I have a great love for flying!! :o) It will always be one of my favourite books.

As I was walking about
I came across
a three legged dog
he was behind a fence...
He barked as is if to say hello
that he was doing just fine
that he could do everything
a four legged dog could do
he did not view himself as handicapped...
He barked and wagged his tail
he didn't say life wasn't fair
I think he was trying to say
he's just like any other dog...
I stopped and petted his head
and began to think
this three legged dog
does better than most two legged people..
